A patient, Tommy (Tommy Pistol), is heading into a routine surgery. He’s a bit nervous, but the nurse (Anna Claire Clouds) assures him that everything will be fine. However, just before the procedure begins, the nurse and the surgeon (Ashley Lane) start acting a bit suspiciously. When Tommy becomes fully alert after the surgery, he finds himself in the same room, but now he’s all alone… and something feels very, very wrong. He frantically removes his bandages, and is horrified to see that his penis is completely gone. Tommy panics, but he finds a note telling him to go to the basement…
